Shipping

At ART, every piece is crafted with intention and delivered with care. We want your experience—from order to unboxing—to reflect the same standard of quality we put into our collections.
Processing & Fulfillment

  • Each order is prepared with precision. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During collection drops or high-demand releases, processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Windows

  • Standard (U.S.): Estimated 3–7 business days
  • Expedited (U.S.): Estimated 1–3 business days
  • International: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be impacted by external delays.
Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect carrier movement.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, ART cannot assume responsibility. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Limited drops, pre-orders, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories (such as hats or socks) are also final sale for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you requested is sold out, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.
  • To secure your desired size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
  • ART is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
